Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization and Monitoring: Actively monitor production lines to identify inefficiencies and technical challenges, implementing timely solutions to maintain optimal performance and minimize disruptions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze production metrics and performance indicators to generate insightful reports, enabling data-backed decision-making for process enhancements and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and planning teams to ensure synchronized operations, troubleshoot issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Scheduling and Resource Planning: Assist in developing and refining production schedules, ensuring alignment with raw material availability and operational capacity to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Compliance and Safety Leadership: Enforce adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, as well as quality control protocols, to create a secure and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Innovation and Efficiency: Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required, with a strong preference for candidates with relevant industry experience.
• Proven proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis tools to interpret production data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues efficiently under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear stakeholder engagement.
