• Operational Excellence: Ensure EMS vehicles and medical equipment are fully operational, well-maintained, and ready for deployment at all times. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to prevent equipment failures and enhance response efficiency.
• Clinical Leadership: Stay current with the latest advancements in EMS and healthcare, integrating new knowledge into your practice to improve patient outcomes. Actively participate in staff meetings to discuss operational updates, care protocols, and best practices.
• Administrative and Logistical Support: Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including documentation, equipment inventory, and vehicle readiness checks, to ensure seamless EMS operations.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning through certifications, training programs, and research to refine your skills and contribute to the evolution of emergency medical care. Maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, PHTLS, and EVOS to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Problem-Solving and Innovation: Anticipate potential challenges in patient care or operational workflows and implement proactive solutions. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient outcomes and create a supportive, high-performing team environment.
• Compliance and Accountability: Strictly adhere to medical protocols, privilege list authority, and regulatory guidelines, including those set by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Ensure efficient use of medical supplies to minimize waste and maximize resource allocation.
• Multilingual Excellence: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in both English and Arabic, bridging language barriers to deliver inclusive and high-quality care.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic, with a demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or a higher degree, reflecting a strong foundation in medical knowledge and clinical practice.
• Certifications: Current and valid certifications in:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
• Emergency Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS)
• Valid Light Transportation Driving License
• Regulatory Compliance: Licensure from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse patient populations and colleagues.
• Language Assessment: Minimum score of 65% in the STEP English Test or IELTS 5.0+ to ensure clear and professional communication.
