Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, empowering members to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and regulatory requirements to guarantee project success and client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or production environment, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to inspire teams and build effective working relationships.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred, given the location in Riyadh.
• Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and trends in production, media, or related sectors is a plus.
