As an independent yet collaborative leader, you will partner with **Sales, Customer Service, Events, and other key stakeholders** to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify emerging opportunities, mitigate risks, and shape long-term product roadmaps that align with both business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities, including:

• Strategic Product Development: Craft and implement product strategies and marketing plans that resonate with target audiences while aligning with regional business goals.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitive differentiators, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine product value propositions, ensuring clarity and impact across diverse customer segments, from hospitals to healthcare providers.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives such as product launches, business case development, clinical evidence programs, and lifecycle management, fostering collaboration with R&D, Sales, and commercial teams.
• Customer-Centric Insights: Utilize market intelligence and customer feedback to enhance engagement strategies, ensuring products meet evolving healthcare needs.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track KPIs and business metrics, providing leadership with actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Pricing & Portfolio Strategy: Support data-driven pricing decisions, lifecycle planning, and growth initiatives to maximize market penetration and revenue potential.

What You Bring to the Table

We are seeking a **results-driven Product Manager** with a proven track record in **medical devices, healthcare, or related industries**. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping Stryker’s presence in the META region, where innovation meets impact.
