Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute project roadmaps in alignment with NCR Atleos’ business goals, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, clients, and executive leadership, fostering transparent communication and collaboration.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
• Team Empowerment: Mentor project teams, assign resources, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize ROI for stakeholders.
• Innovation & Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends, advocate for technological advancements, and adapt project methodologies to evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record of 8+ years in project management, with a focus on large-scale, high-complexity initiatives in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of IT project lifecycles, including system integration, software development, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred for seamless collaboration in the Jeddah market.
