As a key member of the hospitality team, you will collaborate closely with department heads, front desk staff, and other operational leaders to create a cohesive and guest-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Training: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, linen service, laundry management, and public area maintenance. Monitor schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all duties to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify and address any issues promptly. Implement corrective actions to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Inventory and Resource Management: Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory levels efficiently. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.
• Guest Relations: Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with front desk and other departments to resolve issues and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, local regulations, and health and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety and cleanliness throughout the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality housekeeping.
