Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our clients’ social media accounts, ensuring they not only maintain but exceed expectations in engagement, visibility, and brand loyalty. Your role will encompass:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tailored social media strategies that align with each client’s brand identity, target audience, and business goals. Leverage data analytics to refine approaches and maximize ROI.
• Content Innovation: Create and oversee the production of high-impact content, including monthly content calendars that outline themes, concepts, and visual references. Craft engaging, professional, and culturally relevant captions in both Arabic and English to captivate diverse audiences.
• Campaign Development: Design creative concepts and campaign ideas that captivate audiences and drive action. Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visually compelling and on-brand content.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct thorough audits of existing social media accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending actionable upgrades to enhance performance, engagement, and overall presence.
• Trend Mastery: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging content formats. Apply this knowledge to refine strategies and ensure our clients remain competitive in the digital landscape.
• Analytics and Insights: Track and analyze account performance metrics to measure success and inform future content and strategy adjustments. Present findings in clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations with professionalism and proactivity. Present pitch decks, proposals, and strategic presentations to secure and retain client partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality output that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate who combines experience, creativity, and a results-driven mindset. To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management, with a preference for agency experience where strategic thinking and client accountability are paramount.
• Strategic Acumen: A deep understanding of social media strategy, content planning, account management, optimization techniques, and platform best practices across major networks.
• Creative Excellence: Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills to develop innovative content ideas, campaigns, and visual references that align with brand objectives.
• Copywriting Prowess: Strong ability to craft compelling, professional, and culturally nuanced captions that resonate with target audiences in both Arabic and English.
• Presentation Skills: Experience creating and delivering pitch decks, social media proposals, and strategic presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Full fluency in both Arabic and English, including written and spoken communication, to effectively engage with diverse client bases.
• Professional Attributes: A proactive, organized, and dependable approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently while meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work, demonstrating your ability to drive engagement, grow audiences, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

We offer a competitive monthly salary of SAR 6,500 and are seeking candidates who are currently based in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid transferable Iqama.
