Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Technical Operations: Direct the day-to-day technical operations of our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless delivery, scalability, and high performance to support business growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Product, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align technical priorities with strategic goals and drive cohesive execution.
• End-to-End Delivery Oversight: Manage the entire software delivery lifecycle, from requirements and development through rigorous testing, release planning, and production readiness, ensuring smooth transitions to live environments.
• Technical Dependency & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical dependencies, prioritize risks, and oversee release plans to minimize disruptions and maximize operational efficiency.
• Performance & Availability Monitoring: Monitor key operational KPIs, platform performance, and service quality to proactively address issues and maintain optimal user experience.
• API & Integration Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of API integrations with external systems and partners, ensuring seamless interoperability and data consistency.
• Incident & Issue Resolution: Drive rapid resolution of technical issues, conduct thorough root-cause analysis, and implement process improvements to enhance operational resilience.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex business needs into actionable technical priorities, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and fostering transparent communication.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• 4+ Years of Experience: A robust background in technical operations, engineering management, product operations, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading high-impact SaaS, cloud, or B2B platforms.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Frontend, Backend, APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and the software delivery lifecycle, including Agile methodologies, release management, and production support.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience coordinating or leading multidisciplinary technical teams, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Incident & Release Management: Hands-on experience in incident management, production support, and release planning to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge technical and business teams, articulate complex concepts clearly, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Industry-Specific Advantage: Familiarity with HR Tech, payroll, HRMS, HCM, or enterprise platforms is highly valued and will strengthen your impact in this role.
