As a **Product Manager – Specialty**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact strategies for innovative therapies within critical therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and market demands.

This dynamic role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of healthcare dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and market-driven innovation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust product strategy that maximizes brand potential, secures key partnerships, and accelerates market penetration. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating competitive landscapes, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive product strategy, marketing plan, and tactical roadmap to achieve mid-to-long-term sales targets in high-value therapeutic areas.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with major healthcare stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare providers, and decision-makers, to drive access and adoption of innovative therapies.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies for optimal brand positioning.
• Tactical Execution: Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy while delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Innovation & Agility: Leverage creative problem-solving to capitalize on emerging market opportunities, ensuring the product remains competitive and aligned with evolving healthcare needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required, with a strong preference for candidates with advanced certifications or specialized training in pharmaceutical or medical sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing specialty portfolios, with expertise in therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Endocrinology, Hematology, or Immunology. Proven success in driving commercial growth and market access is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic (native level) is mandatory, as the role requires seamless communication with local stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• A results-driven mindset, coupled with innovative thinking, to navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement in a high-stakes environment.
• Availability for in-person interviews in Riyadh, KSA, as part of the selection process.
