• Technical Proposal Excellence: Transform intricate technical and business information into persuasive, client-focused proposals. Develop Executive Summaries, project methodologies, scope of work, and solution proposals that highlight our strengths and align with client requirements. Ensure proposals are meticulously reviewed for accuracy, coherence, and compliance with RFPs and tender specifications.
• Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with Project Management, Technical, and Business Development teams to gather and synthesize information for proposals and corporate materials. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content production teams to bring written concepts to life through engaging visual and multimedia content.
• Content Strategy and Optimization: Contribute to the development of our Content Calendar and content plans, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to publishing. Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Research and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Review and edit all written materials—from proposals to marketing collateral—to maintain linguistic precision, stylistic consistency, and alignment with our brand identity.
