Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial and Operational Data Mastery: Collect, synthesize, and analyze comprehensive financial and operational data from across internal departments to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Executive Reporting and Insights: Develop and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports tailored for the General Manager – Operations, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance in financial and operational metrics.
• Market and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging market dynamics to inform business expansion and innovation initiatives.
• Business Opportunity Evaluation: Assess the feasibility of new ventures, projects, or investments by preparing detailed business cases that evaluate costs, profitability, risks, and financial indicators.
• Investment and Commercial Analysis: Compare and contrast investment opportunities based on their financial viability and commercial potential, providing data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strategic Communication and Presentation: Design concise, visually compelling executive presentations and interactive dashboards that distill complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Decision Implementation and Coordination: Track approved financial and operational decisions, ensuring seamless execution across relevant departments and monitoring progress toward strategic goals.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically rigorous professional with a proven track record in financial analysis and strategic business planning. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, with a strong academic foundation in quantitative analysis.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), business analysis, commercial analysis, or corporate planning, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial modeling and strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional financial modeling and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros) and PowerPoint, with a strong preference for experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Outstanding report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate intricate financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with senior leadership, and translate complex information into strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
