As an IT Support & IT Administrator at Amsy, your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of technical and administrative duties. You will be the go-to expert for resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices. Your proactive approach will help minimize downtime, optimize system performance, and foster a robust IT environment that supports our business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Provide end-to-end IT support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices, while implementing updates and security patches to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access and adherence to organizational IT policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs, enhancing productivity and efficiency across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, implementing preventive measures to maintain optimal functionality.
• Support remote and on-site troubleshooting, offering timely assistance to employees and stakeholders to resolve IT-related challenges.
• Document IT processes and procedures, creating clear and concise guides to improve knowledge sharing and streamline future support efforts.

• A strong foundation in IT support and administration, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proven expertise in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS) and familiarity with enterprise-level IT tools and platforms.
