As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee every phase of construction—from initial design validation to final inspections—while fostering collaboration between contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to balance technical precision with operational agility will be instrumental in driving projects forward while maintaining adherence to budgets, timelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight & Execution: Lead and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and industry best practices. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, contractors, and site personnel to guarantee seamless project progression.
• Contractor & Consultant Management: Engage with external partners to monitor performance, resolve discrepancies, and uphold contractual obligations. Conduct regular reviews of shop drawings and quantity take-offs to validate compliance with project requirements.
• Quality & Progress Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures and track project milestones against the approved schedule. Identify potential delays or deviations early and propose actionable solutions to mitigate risks.
• Financial & Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, cost studies, and periodic updates for senior management. Analyze project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial constraints without compromising quality.
• Payment & Cost Monitoring: Oversee contractor payments, work progress, and cost tracking to maintain fiscal responsibility. Negotiate adjustments where necessary while safeguarding project profitability.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of structural and finishing works, including material specifications, construction methodologies, and compliance standards. Leverage proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and other industry tools to enhance design accuracy and project visualization.
• Multi-Project Coordination: Manage concurrent projects with efficiency, coordinating between site teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders to deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical Experience: Minimum of **3 years** in managing and executing real estate or infrastructure projects, with hands-on experience in contractor coordination, budget oversight, and technical documentation.
• Industry Exposure: Prior collaboration with contractors, real estate developers, or construction firms, including experience in reading/preparing shop drawings and cost analyses.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset. Strong communication and negotiation abilities to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Location: Must be based in **Jeddah**, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
