Key Responsibilities

In this full-time position at our Kudai Road location in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Property Patrolling: Conduct thorough patrols across all areas of the property to ensure safety and assist guests in accessing their accommodations efficiently.
• Surveillance and Inspection: Monitor security cameras and perform daily inspections to identify and mitigate potential physical hazards, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Emergency Response: Promptly address accidents, emergencies, or incidents, providing immediate assistance to guests and colleagues while adhering to established protocols.
• Conflict Resolution: Calm and de-escalate tense situations with professionalism and tact, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
• Evacuation and Escort: When necessary, escort individuals out of the property in a manner that prioritizes safety and maintains order.
• Investigative Work: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, gather evidence, and conduct interviews with relevant parties to ensure accurate reporting and resolution.
• Compliance and Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed shift reports, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all security-related documentation and sensitive information.

This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and prolonged periods of movement. You will be responsible for handling objects weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) independently and assisting with heavier items up to 75 lbs (34 kg). Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems is essential, as is the ability to adapt to various tasks as needed by your supervisors.
