Your Impact

As a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer at ARX, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of critical dry utility systems—including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting networks—ensuring seamless integration into large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering compliant, efficient, and future-ready solutions that meet the evolving needs of Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing cities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and detailed design of dry utility systems for diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with global best practices and local regulatory requirements.
• Technical Excellence: Perform and oversee complex engineering analyses, including network design, cable sizing, load calculations, and compliance reviews to guarantee system reliability and performance.
• Collaborative Integration: Coordinate closely with project managers, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and stakeholders to harmonize dry utility systems with broader project objectives, including utility corridors, crossings, and interfaces with other infrastructure disciplines.
• Quality Assurance: Review and validate technical deliverables prepared by junior engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD teams, upholding the highest standards of precision and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical liaison with government authorities, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to KSA’s stringent utility standards.
• Mentorship and Growth: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within ARX.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, with a mandatory 3-year focus on Saudi Arabia.
• Deep technical expertise in dry utility systems, including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting, with a keen understanding of design, construction, and operational best practices.
• Proficient knowledge of KSA’s regulatory frameworks, utility authority requirements, and local standards to ensure seamless compliance.
• Mastery of industry-leading software, including Civil 3D and specialized electrical design tools, to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic (a significant advantage in the local market).
• A proven track record of leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
