Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Patrol and Secure Our Property: Conduct thorough patrols across all areas of the facility, ensuring access control and monitoring guest movement with precision and professionalism.
• Proactive Safety Measures: Inspect and assess potential hazards daily, addressing risks before they escalate to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Emergency Response and Support: Act swiftly and decisively during incidents, providing immediate assistance to guests and colleagues while adhering to established protocols.
• Conflict Resolution and De-escalation: Handle disturbances with tact and diplomacy, ensuring the safety and comfort of all parties involved while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.
• Investigative Excellence: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, gather critical evidence, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain confidentiality.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all loss prevention documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, as well as the capacity to lift, move, or assist with objects weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) independently, and objects exceeding 75 lbs (35 kg) with assistance. Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems is essential. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support operational excellence.
