Key Responsibilities

In this impactful role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Merchandising Execution: Lead the implementation of merchandising strategies across assigned retail outlets to ensure our products are prominently displayed in compliance with approved planograms. This includes optimizing shelf space, stand-alone displays, and floor promotions to enhance product visibility and drive consumer engagement.
• On-Shelf Excellence: Maintain impeccable standards for product presentation, ensuring freshness, rotation (FIFO method), and cleanliness of stock. Remove sub-standard products and replace them promptly to uphold brand integrity.
• Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitive activities within your assigned territories and report any deviations from agreed terms or opportunities for improvement to your supervisor.
• Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with retail partners by adhering to agreed-upon terms and promptly addressing any non-compliance issues. Provide real-time market insights to capitalize on emerging sales opportunities.
• Promotional Campaigns: Actively participate in in-store sampling, promotions, and redemption events to boost brand engagement and drive trial among consumers.
• Journey Plan Adherence: Follow daily route plans meticulously, ensuring efficient coverage of all assigned outlets while maintaining professionalism and a polished appearance in alignment with PepsiCo’s standards.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report daily activities, execution standards, and Long-Term Agreement (LTA) compliance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
