Key Responsibilities:

• Human Resources:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management, ensuring seamless integration of new talent while maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and Saudi labor laws, promoting a culture of fairness, engagement, and professional development.
• Coordinate with department heads to assess staffing needs, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Administer payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, and compliance with local labor laws in KSA.
• Accounting:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to both internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and ensure proper documentation for all financial activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between HR and accounting departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of processes to support organizational goals.
• Assist in audits and internal reviews, providing clear documentation and insights to support financial and operational integrity.
• Stay updated on labor and financial regulations in KSA, implementing best practices to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
