We are seeking a highly motivated Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) in Hematology based in Jeddah to serve as a key bridge between BMS and healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the region. This field-based role focuses on fostering meaningful scientific exchanges, ensuring the safe and appropriate use of BMS products, and driving strategic engagement with stakeholders to enhance patient access and care. Key Responsibilities

As the primary scientific liaison for BMS in the Jeddah region, this role demands a blend of clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Disease and Treatment Landscape Expertise: Maintain an advanced understanding of hematological diseases, emerging clinical data, and the evolving treatment landscape. Synthesize complex clinical information to provide actionable insights for internal teams, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Identify knowledge gaps within the territory and design targeted educational programs to address unmet needs among HCPs.
• Scientific Engagement and Product Communication: Develop and execute a territory-specific engagement plan aligned with BMS’s strategic objectives and performance metrics. Deliver accurate, scientifically rigorous presentations to HCPs, addressing inquiries with precision and adhering to approved medical guidelines. Stay ahead of emerging data and trends related to BMS hematology products, ensuring your expertise remains at the forefront of clinical discussions. Act as a trusted advisor to HCPs, fostering long-term relationships built on mutual respect and transparency.
• Product Enlistment and Economic Value Advocacy: Conduct in-depth hospital mapping to tailor access strategies for each institution, identifying barriers to formulary enlistment and patient access. Collaborate closely with key HCPs, including clinical pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams, to advocate for the adoption of BMS products. Communicate the clinical and economic value of BMS therapies through compelling, evidence-based narratives, ensuring alignment with the needs of healthcare organizations, government agencies, and payers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, HEOR experts, and regulatory bodies. Align your activities with broader BMS objectives, ensuring seamless execution of programs that enhance the visibility and adoption of our hematology portfolio. Proactively seek input from diverse perspectives to refine strategies and address complex challenges in the healthcare landscape.
• Compliance and Ethical Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of compliance, adhering to all internal policies and external regulations governing scientific engagement and product promotion. Promote a culture of ethical conduct, reporting any potential compliance concerns promptly and transparently to management.
