In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fieldwork support for both ad-hoc and syndicated research projects. Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of research assignments, from coordination and execution to monitoring and reporting. Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following core functions:

• End-to-End Fieldwork Execution: Lead and support the full spectrum of fieldwork activities for both qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring adherence to project timelines and methodologies.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, recruiters, and panel providers, to streamline recruitment, data collection, and fieldwork logistics.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive fieldwork trackers and status reports, providing real-time updates to stakeholders while ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data validation, including respondent profile checks, sample quota monitoring, and basic data integrity assessments to uphold the highest standards of research accuracy.
• Vendor Sourcing and Management: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing vendors to ensure efficient recruitment and data collection processes that align with project requirements.
• Risk Mitigation and Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or issues, while documenting learnings and proposing actionable process enhancements to optimize future fieldwork operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and timely updates to internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the research lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in market research, statistics, or a related field are a plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in market research, fieldwork operations, survey execution, or a related field. Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is highly valued.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting. Experience with research software or CRM tools is beneficial.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the capacity to manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, researchers, and internal teams.
