Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Content Creator, your role will encompass a wide range of creative and operational tasks:

• Craft and Execute High-Impact Video Content: Develop and produce engaging Reels and short-form videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring a consistent output of 8–10 high-quality pieces daily.
• Capture Authentic Moments: Film and curate content featuring our CEO, client testimonials, internal meetings, office activities, and exclusive behind-the-scenes looks to humanize our brand and build trust with our audience.
• gStay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and incorporate emerging social media trends, formats, and audience preferences into our content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
• Leverage Technology for Growth: Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content ideation, scripting, and social media analytics, ensuring our strategy remains data-driven and innovative.
• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Track key metrics, analyze engagement data, and refine our approach to continuously improve our social media presence and impact.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align content with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless integration between our digital and offline strategies.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a talented individual with a proven track record in short-form video creation and social media content development. Your ideal candidate profile includes:

• 1–2+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated expertise in creating short-form video content, social media campaigns, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Technical Proficiency: Exceptional hands-on skills in shooting, editing, and producing Reels using mobile devices or professional cameras, with a keen eye for framing, lighting, audio quality, and overall video production.
• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and the nuances of short-form content that drive engagement.
• Multilingual Communication: Fluency in both English and Urdu, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional Presence: Highly energetic, confident, and polished, with the ability to interact seamlessly with clients, the CEO, and internal teams in a professional setting.
• Adaptability and Proactivity: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to new challenges, and take initiative to elevate our social media strategy.
