• **Design and Facilitate Educational Programs**: Develop and oversee high-quality medical education initiatives, including CPD programs, workshops, and conferences, to enhance clinical knowledge and skills across our organization.
• **Coordinate Training Logistics**: Manage training calendars, attendance records, and documentation to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• **Collaborate Across Teams**: Partner with physicians, clinical departments, trainers, and external education providers to align training objectives with organizational goals and industry benchmarks.
• **Ensure Compliance and Reporting**: Monitor participation, track training completion, and generate insightful reports to demonstrate the impact of educational initiatives on clinical performance.
• **Promote Continuous Learning**: Foster a culture of lifelong learning by identifying emerging trends in medical education and integrating innovative approaches into our training programs.

The ideal candidate will bring a **Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Education, Business Administration, or a related field**, coupled with **1-3 years of experience** in medical education, healthcare training, or learning and development. While experience in healthcare or hospital settings is preferred, your adaptability and passion for professional development will be key to thriving in this role. Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of CPD/CME programs will further position you for success.
