Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Massage Services: Provide a diverse range of massage and body treatments, including hydrotherapy and aromatherapy, tailored to individual guest preferences and needs.
• Assess and Adapt: Conduct thorough consultations to identify guest contraindications, allergies, or specific wellness goals, ensuring personalized and safe treatments.
• Maintain High Standards of Hygiene: Sterilize tools, clean treatment rooms, and dispose of waste according to industry protocols to ensure a sanitary and inviting environment.
• Promote Guest Engagement: Upsell complementary spa services and retail products while fostering a welcoming, anticipatory, and appreciative atmosphere.
• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately and comply with all company safety training and certifications.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Licensure: Hold a valid state or regional massage therapy license to practice legally and ethically within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience: Demonstrate at least 1 year of professional experience in massage therapy, preferably within a luxury or high-end spa setting.
• Education: Possess a technical, trade, or vocational school degree in massage therapy or a related field, though exceptional candidates without formal education may be considered.
• Physical Readiness: Capable of performing repetitive motions, lifting objects up to 10 pounds, and maintaining prolonged standing or movement throughout shifts.
• Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and an unwavering commitment to guest comfort and safety.
