Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Architecting and Managing Core Microsoft Cloud Platforms: Take ownership of the full Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune, and Azure, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and high availability. Leverage your deep understanding of identity and access management to implement robust solutions for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Securing the Digital Workplace: Oversee Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and other security tools to safeguard data, devices, and applications. Develop and enforce compliance policies, threat detection mechanisms, and endpoint security protocols to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
• 
  Optimizing Collaboration and Productivity: Manage and enhance Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive to foster a collaborative, secure, and user-friendly digital workspace. Implement advanced features like Windows 365 / Cloud PC environments to deliver flexible, secure, and high-performance computing solutions.
• Automating and Innovating: Drive operational efficiency by developing and deploying automation scripts using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API. Continuously evaluate and implement innovative solutions to streamline administrative tasks, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Monitor platform health, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements to enhance system resilience and user experience.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions. Foster strong relationships with leadership, IT teams, and end-users to align technology initiatives with business goals.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven Expertise in Microsoft Cloud Platforms: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies and best practices.
• Security and Compliance Acumen: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, and other security tools, including experience with identity protection, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks.
• Automation and Scripting Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell and the ability to develop efficient automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks and improve system reliability.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: A track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, coupled with a proactive approach to monitoring and optimizing system performance.
• Stakeholder and Change Management: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, translate technical requirements, and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Certifications (Preferred): Industry-recognized certifications such as MD-102 (Managing Modern Desktops), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst), or SC-401 (Security Engineering) are a significant advantage.
