In this full-time, on-site role, you will collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team to transform spaces with skill and precision. Whether you’re preparing surfaces, applying paint with finesse, or ensuring safety protocols are upheld, your work will directly impact the ambiance and comfort of our guests’ stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a range of technical and operational tasks, including:

• Surface Preparation and Finishing: Expertly apply paint, varnish, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to walls, ceilings, and furniture. Prepare surfaces by applying primers or sealants, ensuring they are ready for high-quality finishing work. Remove old coatings through methods such as sanding, scraping, or chemical stripping to achieve a smooth, flawless base.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the use of protective gear and proper handling of tools and materials. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents immediately, and participate in mandatory safety training to maintain certification. Protect surfaces during painting processes and ensure proper signage is displayed to alert staff and guests.
• Quality and Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times, including wearing the provided work uniform. Uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguard company assets. Deliver exceptional service by greeting guests warmly, anticipating their needs, and assisting those with disabilities with courtesy and respect.
• Collaboration and Adaptability: Work seamlessly with colleagues to achieve shared goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support. Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers to coordinate color changes or material specifications as needed. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational excellence.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This role requires a high level of physical stamina and dexterity. You will frequently kneel, bend, stretch, and reach, including climbing ladders to access elevated surfaces. Tasks may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 23 kg independently. The position demands prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and movement, so endurance and comfort in dynamic work environments are essential.

Qualifications and Commitment:

While no formal certifications are required, we seek candidates with:

• A diploma from a technical, vocational, or professional training institution, demonstrating foundational skills in painting or related trades.
• At least one year of relevant experience in painting, decorating, or a similar craft, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality results under professional standards.
