• Strategic Leadership and Policy Implementation
  - Develop and enforce departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure controlled, compliant, and efficient operations.
  - Provide clear guidance to subordinates and monitor adherence to established standards, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence and Budget Management
  - Oversee day-to-day operations of the Solutions Delivery function, ensuring alignment with established standards and procedures.
  - Contribute to the development of the departmental budget and monitor performance against approved targets, addressing variances proactively to maintain financial discipline and operational efficiency.
• Business Needs Analysis and Solutions Design
  - Act as the primary liaison between assigned business areas and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  - Analyze business needs and propose innovative applications or system configurations to enhance operational effectiveness.
  - Stay abreast of local and international trends in banking technology, identifying opportunities to optimize efficiency, speed, and scalability.
  - Ensure that business objectives and technical requirements are clearly documented and understood by all stakeholders to facilitate seamless delivery of premium software solutions.
• Solutions Development and Vendor Management
  - Lead the design of applications in accordance with the Bank’s BT architecture, defining development guidelines and ensuring alignment with business requests.
  - Provide expert guidance on system configuration, parameter adjustments, and compatibility to enable seamless operation and integration.
  - Participate in rigorous testing phases to validate the accuracy, efficiency, and readiness of developed applications before production deployment.
  - Evaluate and select the most suitable vendors for external development projects, balancing cost-effectiveness with service quality to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Solutions Delivery and Maintenance
  - Ensure timely resolution of system malfunctions reported through the Services Center, providing expert guidance for complex issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  - Monitor the performance of applications within assigned business areas, conducting regular maintenance and configuration updates to support business objectives.
  - Maintain comprehensive documentation for all new applications and system changes, ensuring effective knowledge management and traceability.
  - Follow up on application performance post-deployment, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Development
  - Supervise and organize a high-performing team, ensuring that all activities align with procedural compliance and operational efficiency.
  - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, empowering subordinates to deliver exceptional results.

  - Identify opportunities for enhancing systems, processes, and practices, incorporating international best practices to drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and operational excellence.
