- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all government-related transactions, ensuring audit-readiness and adherence to FTJV’s policies. Track deadlines for renewals, visas, and regulatory filings to prevent lapses or penalties.
- Employee & Management Support: Assist in preparing HR correspondence, forms, and official documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Act as a proactive liaison for urgent government-related matters, escalating issues as needed to resolve them efficiently.
- Policy & Procedure Adherence: Uphold FTJV’s HR and government relations policies, ensuring all actions align with Saudi labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Why This Role Matters
This position is critical to FTJV’s success in maintaining a compliant, well-supported workforce while fostering strong relationships with government authorities. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the company’s ability to navigate regulatory landscapes with confidence. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about bridging HR and government systems, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing organization in Saudi Arabia’s dynamic business environment.
