Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to amplify brand presence and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including creative, sales, and PR—to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution.
• Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Support media relations and external communications, fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to propose innovative strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
• Assist in market research and audience segmentation to tailor campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a highly motivated Marketing & Communications Executive with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience. Ideal candidates will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, PR, social media management, or content creation (internships and freelance work will be considered). Experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrate proficient skills in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM fundamentals).
• Showcase creative expertise in graphic design and content production, with familiarity or experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Be fluent in English (both written and spoken), with an added advantage for Arabic speakers.
