Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal position, your leadership will be instrumental in:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Direct the full lifecycle of high-value programs, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and adherence to contractual obligations—often in projects valued up to $5 billion.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Parsons, clients, and subcontractors, negotiating scope adjustments, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaborative partnerships to secure future opportunities.
• Comprehensive Governance: Develop and enforce critical project plans, including the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, while maintaining rigorous oversight of deliverables and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all facets of project execution—technical, fiscal, administrative, and logistical—by assembling high-performing teams, allocating resources, and aligning field operations with strategic goals.
• Risk Mitigation and Adaptability: Proactively identify and address cost overruns, schedule delays, or scope changes, devising actionable solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project viability.
• Regulatory and Public Advocacy: Represent Parsons in negotiations with regulatory bodies and public forums, advocating for client interests while upholding ethical and compliance standards.
• Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through quality assurance processes, regular progress reporting, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track toward success.
