Your Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding, spanning air, ocean, and road transport, to expand Sent’s market presence and revenue streams.
• Develop a structured sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, engaging customer meetings, and diligent follow-ups to convert leads into closed deals.
• Create competitive, data-driven proposals and negotiate favorable terms with clients, ensuring alignment with Sent’s pricing strategies and operational capabilities.
• Drive repeat business and gross profit growth while upholding the highest standards of service quality and reliability.
• Coordinate seamless customer onboarding and shipment transitions with our operations team to ensure smooth execution from quote to delivery.
• Partner with finance to enforce credit discipline and optimize collections, safeguarding cash flow and financial health.
• Maintain meticulous CRM records, accurate forecasts, and tailored account development plans to track performance and refine strategies.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated professional with:

• A proven track record of success in freight forwarding sales, with a focus on delivering measurable results within the Saudi market.
• Demonstrable experience in winning and growing high-value accounts, with a clear impact on gross profit, client retention, and collections.
• In-depth knowledge of air, ocean, or road freight logistics, enabling you to tailor solutions that address diverse customer needs and challenges.
• Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and close deals effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen, reliability, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with pricing, operations, and finance teams to drive cohesive execution.

Location and Scope

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar. We welcome candidates currently based in the Eastern Province or Riyadh who are willing to relocate or commute to Khobar. Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
