As the backbone of our accounting operations, you will oversee the meticulous management of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all aspects of property management. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for multiple properties, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory standards. Utilize your proficiency in financial statements to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Accounting & Reconciliation: Manage journal entries, reconcile accounts payable/receivable, and maintain tenant ledgers with meticulous accuracy. Track rental income, operating expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial transparency and compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability. Collaborate with property managers to align financial strategies with operational goals.
• Process Optimization: Continuously review financial data to detect discrepancies, inefficiencies, or variances, proposing solutions to strengthen accounting processes and operational workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with property managers, leadership, and external partners to communicate financial findings, support audits, and ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Software & Technology: Leverage industry-specific accounting and property management software, alongside advanced spreadsheet tools, to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in accounting principles, including journal entries, financial statements, and property-specific financial reporting. Proven experience in real estate or property management environments is essential.
