Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will span across core financial disciplines, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement:

• Financial Leadership & Strategic Alignment: Oversee all financial operations, accounting processes, and cash flow management to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the General Manager’s strategic objectives. Drive data-driven decision-making to enhance financial resilience and support scalable growth initiatives.
• Cost Optimization in Beverage Production: Lead the analysis and management of product cost structures, raw material variances, and factory overhead allocations. Implement innovative cost-control measures to maximize profit margins and operational efficiency in beverage manufacturing processes.
• Budgeting & Financial Forecasting: Develop and oversee the annual corporate budget, providing detailed variance analysis to departmental leaders. Utilize advanced forecasting tools to anticipate financial trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with KSA financial regulations, including ZATCA tax filings, VAT obligations, and audited financial statements. Maintain transparency and accuracy in all financial submissions to uphold the company’s reputation for integrity and compliance.
• Working Capital & Inventory Management: Optimize inventory valuation controls for raw materials and finished products while streamlining accounts receivable and payable processes. Implement best practices to enhance liquidity and operational cash flow.
• Financial Reporting & Executive Insights: Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, alongside performance metrics tailored for executive review. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights to drive informed business strategies.
• Banking & Vendor Relations: Secure and manage corporate banking facilities, trade finance solutions (such as Letters of Credit and Guarantees), and negotiate high-value supply contract financing. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and key vendors to support business expansion.

Qualifications & Competencies

To excel in this role, you will bring a robust blend of technical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, and leadership experience:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Industry Experience: At least 12 years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in the FMCG or beverage manufacturing sector. Experience in a leadership capacity is highly preferred.
• Market Expertise: Extensive exposure to the KSA market, with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience navigating local financial regulations, economic trends, and business dynamics.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders. Strong professional English proficiency is also required for international reporting and collaboration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), financial modeling, and advanced Excel tools. Familiarity with ZATCA and VAT compliance frameworks is a must.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to mentor cross-functional teams, drive cultural alignment, and foster a data-driven mindset across the organization.
