Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Engineering Design & Development: Lead the design, review, and optimization of mechanical systems, equipment, and solutions, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Leadership: Oversee mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Technical Documentation: Author and review technical specifications, engineering drawings, calculations, and reports to maintain consistency and accuracy across all project phases.
• Installation & Commissioning: Manage mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning processes, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with electrical, civil, architectural, and other engineering teams to align technical solutions and project objectives.
• Supplier & Contractor Oversight: Evaluate and approve contractor submittals, technical documents, and material specifications to uphold project integrity and compliance.
• Quality & Compliance Assurance: Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedule metrics, ensuring strict adherence to international codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Identify technical challenges and develop creative, sustainable solutions to enhance project efficiency and performance.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align expectations and drive project success.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering** or a related field, complemented by a minimum of **10 years of professional experience** in mechanical engineering, design, installation, and project management.
• Deep expertise in **mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance**, with a strong understanding of international engineering codes and standards.
• Proven experience in **managing and coordinating complex engineering projects**, demonstrating the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
