Join our dynamic team as a **Generalist - Human Resources** in our prestigious location at Kudai Road, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and employee satisfaction across all HR functions.

In this multifaceted position, you will collaborate closely with management and leadership to address HR-related challenges, ensuring seamless execution of policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative support. You will assist in managing internal and external transfers, overseeing the hiring process, and verifying candidate credentials, including drug tests, background checks, and motor vehicle records. Additionally, you will maintain meticulous records of applicant tracking, onboarding, and employee documentation, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the hiring process by coordinating drug tests, reference checks, and background verifications. Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded with clear orientation and system training.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth internal transfers. Monitor and report on employee relations issues to HR leadership.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including I-9 documentation, payroll processing, and compliance files. Generate HR reports and correspondence as needed, ensuring precision and professionalism.
• Compliance & Training: Ensure all HR processes adhere to legal and company standards. Train new employees on HR systems, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Operational Support: Assist in project teams, handle phone inquiries with professionalism, and contribute to a positive workplace environment by fostering collaboration and open communication.
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company and employee data. Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to all company policies, including dress code and conduct standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, with no prior supervisory experience necessary.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and transport objects weighing up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg) independently.
