• Strategic Contributions: Collaborate with top management to identify opportunities for service enhancement, staff development, and operational efficiency. Leverage your insights to propose innovative solutions that elevate the patient experience and optimize clinical workflows.
• Professional Development: Lead and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, including rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs, to foster a culture of lifelong learning within the department. Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A **Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery** from a recognized university, complemented by a **Master’s degree in Dermatology** or a relevant specialty, along with a **Fellowship or Board Certification (MD)**.
• Clinical Experience: A minimum of **5 years of clinical experience** as a Medical Doctor (MD) in dermatology, or **3 years following a Fellowship** in the specialty, demonstrating a strong foundation in diagnostic, therapeutic, and patient management skills.
• Licensure: A valid **Consultant license in Dermatology** from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in **health information systems** and office software to manage patient records, prescriptions, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Language Skills: **Fluent proficiency** in both **English and Arabic**, including speaking, writing, and patient communication, to ensure clear and effective interaction with diverse patient populations.
