Key Responsibilities

As the backbone of our retail strategy, your role will focus on maximizing on-shelf presence, optimizing store layouts, and ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities. You’ll be responsible for:

• Strategic Merchandising: Execute daily merchandising plans across assigned outlets, ensuring our Snacks, Beverages, and Foods (SSFL) products are prominently displayed in high-visibility areas—including shelves, stands, and floor displays—while adhering to approved planograms.
• Planogram Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to standardized display guidelines, reporting any deviations to your supervisor immediately to maintain brand consistency and maximize sales potential.
• Inventory Optimization: Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices to ensure product freshness, remove sub-standard inventory, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays that reflect our commitment to quality.
• Competitive Intelligence: Actively track competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and share insights with your team to refine strategies.
• Promotional Execution: Lead in-store sampling sessions, promotions, and redemption campaigns as required, engaging customers and driving trial and repeat purchases of our premium brands.
• Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with outlet managers and staff, ensuring alignment with agreed terms while addressing any operational challenges proactively.
• Performance Tracking: Adhere to journey plans, maintain execution standards, and enforce Long-Term Agreement (LTA) compliance to guarantee consistent brand presence and operational excellence.
• Professional Representation: Uphold PepsiCo’s brand standards through polished presentation, professional conduct, and adherence to our Frito Lay Code of Conduct.
