• Technical Leadership: Review and coordinate structural shop drawings, IFC models, and Bill of Quantities (BBS) to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Design and Analysis: Lead the structural design for reinforced concrete, steel, precast elements, foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and walls, ensuring optimal performance and constructability.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design discrepancies, constructability issues, and site-related technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries, ensuring all submissions align with approved requirements and industry codes.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between Structural, Architectural, MEP, BIM, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Construction, and Procurement teams to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery.
• BIM and Model Review: Evaluate BIM models, method statements, and material/technical submittals to verify compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Site Support: Provide on-site technical guidance to ensure structural works are executed in full alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Project Oversight: Monitor engineering submissions, revisions, and approvals, ensuring all deliverables meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates for this position must possess:

• **10+ years of progressive experience** in structural engineering, with a proven track record in large-scale and complex construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of **reinforced concrete (RC), structural steel, precast construction, and foundation systems**, along with expertise in relevant design codes such as ACI, BS, and SBC.
• Proficient in **industry-leading software**, including AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, and SAP Structures, to facilitate efficient design and coordination.
