As our Microsoft Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft Experience Centers, Azure-based solutions, and advanced audiovisual (AV) systems. Your role will span across infrastructure administration, troubleshooting complex network configurations, and providing onsite technical support during high-impact events. With a focus on both technical excellence and customer-centric service, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our enterprise IT ecosystem while supporting critical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Microsoft Infrastructure & Windows Server Administration: Design, implement, and manage robust Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for enterprise applications and services.
• Azure Solutions & Identity Management: Lead the configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Azure environments, including identity and access management, to align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
• Network & AV Systems Support: Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, while ensuring Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Surface Hub, and audiovisual systems are operational and ready for client engagements.
• Data Center & Server Operations: Oversee server deployments, data center operations, and site support to maintain seamless IT infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle management and proactive maintenance.
• Event & Technical Support: Provide expert onsite technical support during customer demos, events, and critical operations, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
• Enterprise Infrastructure Administration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT infrastructure, implement best practices, and drive efficiency in hardware and software deployments.
