As part of Bechtel’s esteemed team, you will contribute to the design, procurement, and execution of a state-of-the-art airport capable of accommodating 120 million passengers annually by 2030 and 185 million by 2050, alongside unparalleled cargo processing capabilities. This project encompasses three revolutionary terminals, including a hyper-efficient low-cost carrier terminal (450,000 m²), an iconic next-generation terminal (1 million m²), and a Private Aviation Terminal for VIP and business jet passengers. Your expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operational efficiency, sustainability, and world-class passenger experiences.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead and oversee the design and technical execution of BMS and HVAC control systems for the airport’s terminal buildings, collaborating closely with designers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and refine technical submissions from external designers and contractors, providing expert guidance to optimize BMS solutions while supporting procurement strategies and post-tender evaluations.
• Monitor progress and performance of all stakeholders involved in the BMS and mechanical systems delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Stakeholder Management to secure necessary permits, approvals, and compliance documentation, mitigating risks and accelerating project milestones.
• Support Construction and Quality teams during execution by addressing technical queries, resolving field change requests, and conducting inspections to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
• Facilitate vendor factory testing and inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and industry best practices, ensuring seamless integration of BMS components.
• Collaborate with Terminal Delivery, Contracts & Procurement, and Commissioning teams to align technical deliverables with broader project goals, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
