Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End SAP Ariba Support: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Ariba modules in production environments, including incident management, service requests, and problem resolution through advanced ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Technical Expertise in Core Modules: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex issues across SAP Ariba Commerce Automation, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance modules to ensure operational excellence.
• System Performance and Integration: Monitor system health and availability, troubleshoot integration challenges with SAP ERP/S/4HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
• Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for system disruptions, implement preventive measures, and contribute to process enhancements that drive long-term stability.
• Master Data Management and User Empowerment: Assist in maintaining master data integrity, deliver targeted training sessions, and provide hands-on troubleshooting support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Change Management and Compliance: Manage change requests with precision, adhere to SLAs and KPIs, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge bases and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to foster a culture of accountability and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in both technical and business processes.
• Technical Proficiency: 3–8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, with a deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes. Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, and Ariba Network is essential.
• Integration and API Expertise: Experience with SAP integration technologies, including Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), IDoc interfaces, and APIs, to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Support and Incident Management: Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira, along with a strong grasp of SLAs, incident prioritization, and support methodologies.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive mindset with exceptional analytical skills to identify, resolve, and prevent issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP ERP systems.
• Certification in SAP Ariba, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge and industry recognition.
• Prior involvement in Application Management Services (AMS) or large-scale support projects, showcasing adaptability and leadership in complex environments.
