We are seeking a highly experienced AI Infrastructure Architecture Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will architect and oversee the future of AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and governance while driving strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

As the AI Infrastructure Architecture Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• AI Factory and Target-State Architecture: Design and define the end-state architecture for AI infrastructure, encompassing GPU platforms, cluster management, platform services, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, security, governance, resilience, and service management. Ensure alignment with business goals and emerging AI trends.
• Capacity Planning and Workload Strategy: Develop capacity planning frameworks and workload placement strategies to optimize GPU utilization, including H200 inference, H200 fine-tuning, and L40S RAG capacity pools. Leverage data-driven insights to refine priorities and resource allocation.
• AI Governance, Security, and Compliance: Establish robust governance frameworks, security protocols, and operating models to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Define RACI matrices, decision rights, escalation paths, and governance forums to streamline accountability.
• Use-Case Prioritization and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making through structured workshops and reviews. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and technical feasibility.
• Roadmap and Mobilization Planning: Lead the creation of a 30/60/90-day mobilization plan and extend it into a prioritized 6–12-month platform roadmap. Identify and sequence professional services work packages for observability, security integration, lifecycle automation, backup and recovery, Run:ai optimization, and use-case onboarding.
• Architecture Reviews and Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive architecture reviews to assess capacity, performance, security, supported versions, lifecycle management, resilience, and future expansion. Track dependencies and risks to mitigate potential challenges proactively.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Decision Workshops: Facilitate roadmap reviews and decision workshops with key stakeholders, including MOJ representatives and Dell specialists. Maintain documentation of architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, backlog priorities, and transition criteria.
