This dynamic role focuses on supporting the Investment Banking Advisory, Debt Advisory, and Project Export Finance teams in executing high-impact business activities. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of analytical, advisory, and operational functions, ensuring seamless collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Key activities include:

• Financial and Commercial Due Diligence: Conduct thorough preliminary assessments to evaluate the financial health, commercial viability, and risk profiles of potential investments. Develop and refine financial models to ensure accuracy and robustness, while identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Client and Executive Reporting: Assist senior associates, directors, and management in preparing detailed analytical reports, presentations, and strategic insights tailored for clients and top-level stakeholders.
• Marketing and Client Engagement: Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials for client pitches, roadshows, and strategic initiatives. Your work will play a critical role in positioning HSBC as a trusted advisor and driving business expansion.
• Market Intelligence and Risk Monitoring: Actively monitor capital market trends, regulatory changes, and external policy developments. Provide periodic reports on market performance and proactively escalate potential risks or issues to senior management for timely intervention.
• Research and Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth research to assess market dynamics, evaluate policy implications, and provide actionable recommendations that inform project decisions and strategic planning.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards by maintaining accurate KYC (Know Your Customer) records, conflict checks, and closing files. Organize and update the department database to reflect all client and stakeholder documentation, ensuring full compliance and transparency.
• Project Management Support: Collaborate with directors to monitor project timelines, identify potential delays or risks, and provide regular progress updates. Assist in the preparation of comprehensive project reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
