As the Finance & Supply Chain Head, your strategic vision will be instrumental in aligning financial discipline with operational agility. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and streamline workflows while maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations and international financial standards. Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will span multiple critical domains, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence:

• Financial Leadership and Compliance: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability. Oversee cash flow management, profitability analysis by channel and product category, and ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements and IFRS standards. Coordinate annual audits and statutory reporting to maintain financial integrity and build investor confidence.
• Strategic Procurement and Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies for packaging, raw materials, finished goods, and marketing assets. Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers to optimize costs and improve payment terms. Implement supplier scorecards and performance reviews to enhance reliability and efficiency, while establishing robust procurement controls and approval processes.
• Manufacturing Partner Optimization: Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and ODM partners to ensure production alignment with business goals. Monitor manufacturing KPIs, quality standards, and cost structures while supporting new product launches and production readiness. Develop contingency strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure operational continuity.
• Demand-Driven Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Design and refine demand planning and inventory forecasting processes to maintain optimal stock levels across all SKUs. Reduce stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolescence while improving inventory turnover and working capital efficiency. Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners and sales teams to align inventory planning with market demand.
• Warehouse and Logistics Excellence: Oversee warehouse operations and third-party logistics providers to ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance, and order fulfillment efficiency. Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and operational controls to enhance warehouse productivity. Optimize inbound and outbound logistics to minimize transportation costs and ensure timely, accurate order delivery across all distribution channels.
• Systems and Process Innovation: Lead initiatives to improve ERP and reporting systems, implementing operational KPIs and dashboards for real-time performance monitoring. Drive automation and process efficiency initiatives to reduce manual workloads and enhance decision-making. Establish scalable SOPs across finance, procurement, supply chain, and logistics functions to support sustainable growth.
• Team Development and Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams in finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics. Define performance objectives and accountability frameworks to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Support recruitment and upskilling initiatives as the company scales, ensuring the organization is equipped with the talent needed to meet evolving challenges.
