Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and shipping activities to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of fulfillment associates, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and minimize operational costs.
• Inventory Control: Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies to create a secure and compliant working environment.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and team productivity, and report insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Vendor and Carrier Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and resolve operational challenges proactively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order processing methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/logistics software; familiarity with warehouse automation tools is a plus.
• Leadership abilities to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are an asset.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
