In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of our integration ecosystem, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure connectivity across internal systems and third-party platforms. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining and executing an enterprise integration delivery model that aligns with our strategic vision, enabling seamless operations and fostering innovation across the airline’s digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Integration Delivery, your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and Leading Integration Excellence: Assess the current state of our integration maturity, design future-state architectures, and oversee the delivery of APIs, messaging, and event-driven integrations to create a cohesive and high-performance digital ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, business priorities, and delivery excellence. Drive predictable outcomes through strong governance and collaborative leadership.
• Strategic Delivery Management: Lead complex, multi-stream integration projects, translating business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and mitigate risks to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Innovation and Scalability: Champion the adoption of modern integration patterns, such as API-led connectivity and event-driven architectures, to enhance scalability, reliability, and performance across our systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous enhancement within integration delivery, leveraging agile and product-led methodologies to drive operational efficiency and technological advancement.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

• Proven Leadership: A minimum of 10 years of IT delivery experience, with a strong focus on enterprise integration initiatives, integration platforms, or large-scale technology programs.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience delivering integration solutions using modern patterns such as API-led connectivity, messaging, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with platforms like IBM Cloud Pak for Integration or similar technologies is a significant advantage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A track record of leading diverse teams and collaborating with engineering, architecture, and product partners to deliver complex, platform-level capabilities.
• Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret business, architectural, and technical requirements, and translate them into clear, executable strategies and roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage complex stakeholders, govern delivery execution, and drive continuous improvement in integration processes.
• Industry-Relevant Experience: Experience within the airline, travel, or large-scale enterprise environments is highly valued but not mandatory. Experience with agile or product-led delivery models is a strong asset.
