As a Senior Manager within our Infrastructure Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in our global network of over 600 professionals specializing in infrastructure and project finance. Our Deals practice is designed to guide clients through intricate transactions, enabling them to maximize value, mitigate risks, and execute strategic initiatives—whether through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale capital projects. Your work will directly contribute to shaping the infrastructure landscape of the region, from power and utilities to renewables, social infrastructure, and transportation.

In this dynamic role, you will lead high-impact advisory mandates and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Advisory Leadership: Lead comprehensive advisory services for infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, business case development, and in-depth market analysis to ensure projects are viable, scalable, and aligned with long-term objectives.
• Procurement and Commercial Structuring: Develop robust procurement strategies and evaluate financing options for large-scale capital projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Contract and Risk Management: Structure complex commercial contracts and oversee their execution, coordinating with legal, financial, and technical experts to align all stakeholders and mitigate risks effectively.
• Project Governance and Risk Assessment: Provide expert guidance on project governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and project management best practices to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Bid Development and Procurement Support: Assist in bid development processes and procurement evaluations, contributing to the selection of the most strategic and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
• Implementation and Stakeholder Engagement: Offer implementation advice throughout the design and construction phases, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Business Development and Market Expansion: Actively engage in business development initiatives, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and positioning PwC as a thought leader in the infrastructure sector through industry publications, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
• Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the next generation of talent is equipped with the skills to deliver high-caliber solutions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to deliver high-quality, client-centric solutions that exceed expectations and drive sustainable value for our organization.

Why Your Expertise Matters

We are seeking a Senior Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project development, or financing, gained from diverse perspectives such as developer, consultant, or banking roles. Your background should include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, with an MBA being highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in project and construction management, with a strong focus on procurement for large capital projects.
• A deep understanding of the infrastructure lifecycle, including alternative contract types such as Design-Build (DB), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and Design-Build-Finance-Operate (DBFO).
• The ability to draft compelling business plans and conduct rigorous financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, allowing you to navigate complex challenges with creativity and precision.
• Fluency in English, with Arabic proficiency being a significant advantage.
• A demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.
