JACO is seeking a visionary Senior Revenue Strategy & Operations Specialist to spearhead revenue expansion for JACO Live in dynamic overseas markets, with an initial strategic focus on Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in revenue growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership. You will architect and execute scalable revenue strategies across creator supply, streamer activation, audience engagement, and monetization, transitioning JACO from campaign-driven growth to a sustainable, data-driven revenue engine.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will leverage deep industry insights, analytical rigor, and collaborative expertise to drive impactful initiatives that enhance creator productivity, optimize user engagement, and maximize monetization opportunities. Your ability to translate complex business insights into actionable strategies—while fostering seamless collaboration across Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams—will be instrumental in shaping JACO’s future in the competitive live-streaming and social entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth is both measurable and scalable:

• Revenue Strategy & Business Growth: Develop and oversee end-to-end revenue strategies for JACO Live in overseas markets, focusing on streamer activation, creator growth, supply-side incentives, traffic optimization, engagement, and monetization. Identify high-impact revenue opportunities and translate business insights into scalable strategies, execution plans, and performance metrics.
• Market & Ecosystem Expertise: Build an in-depth understanding of the Saudi and MENA live-streaming ecosystem, including creator behavior, agency and guild dynamics, audience consumption trends, gifting patterns, and local content preferences. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activities to uncover emerging opportunities and mitigate business risks.
• Creator & Streamer Growth: Design and refine streamer segmentation, growth journeys, activation frameworks, and incentive programs to enhance retention, productivity, and revenue contribution. Develop scalable systems to optimize creator performance, evaluate ROI on growth initiatives, and ensure long-term sustainability.
• Traffic, Engagement & Monetization: Drive growth strategies across supply, traffic allocation, user interaction, and paid conversion. Analyze behavioral data to enhance engagement, gifting, and recharge activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine recommendation algorithms, monetization models, and revenue-generating mechanisms.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Product, Operations, Data, Engineering, Finance, and regional teams to align strategic vision with operational execution. Translate business requirements into clear technical and operational specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous optimization of initiatives.
• Business Performance & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, creator performance, and campaign effectiveness to conduct business diagnostics and ROI analyses. Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to refine strategies, establish performance benchmarks, and drive continuous improvement.
