Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design of complex dry utilities systems, including water distribution, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management, ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Conduct detailed hydraulic and structural analyses to optimize system performance and mitigate risks associated with utility infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet technical, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, reports, and feasibility studies, to support project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in dry utilities engineering to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a culture of excellence within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with a strong preference for professionals holding a professional engineering license (e.g., PE, Eng.).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in dry utilities design, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in designing water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and related utility networks.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, EPANET, or similar tools for hydraulic modeling and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse project dynamics.
