Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Network Architecture and Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of enterprise network infrastructure, encompassing advanced technologies such as Cisco switches, routers, and Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI). Ensure that all implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices for performance, security, and reliability.
• Routing and Protocol Optimization: Manage and optimize routing protocols, including Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), to guarantee reliable, high-performance network operations. Continuously monitor and refine routing configurations to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
• Network Security and Access Control: Administer Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to enforce robust access policies, authentication mechanisms, device compliance, and network access controls. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Application Delivery and Security: Configure and manage F5 technologies, including Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Web Application Firewall (WAF), and Access Policy Manager (APM), to support application availability, secure access, load balancing, and authentication policies. Ensure these solutions are optimized for performance and resilience.
• Firewall Management: Oversee enterprise firewall environments, including policy configuration, continuous monitoring, security reviews, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Work proactively to address vulnerabilities and ensure alignment with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Wireless Networking: Design, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless networks to deliver consistent connectivity and service performance. Address challenges related to signal integrity, capacity, and user experience to enhance overall network reliability.
• Secure Remote Access: Support Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions and secure remote access initiatives, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and adherence to security protocols. Address user access requirements while maintaining robust security measures.
• Cloud Network Integration: Contribute to the design and management of network architectures across cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cybersecurity teams, IT stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to drive network and infrastructure initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor network service performance and contribute to high availability, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and industry standards to maintain operational excellence.
