Key Responsibilities

In this strategic sales leadership role, your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Excellence: Drive revenue growth by selling PepsiCo’s full product portfolio to a designated customer base, consistently exceeding agreed-upon targets while minimizing stale inventory. Your performance will be measured against KPIs, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate objectives.
• Customer-Centric Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through structured call frequencies and optimized daily route planning. Collaborate closely with your supervisor to refine strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily debriefings will provide real-time feedback to enhance performance.
• Operational Accountability: Maintain a pristine and roadworthy sales vehicle, adhering to strict vehicle inspection protocols. Promptly report any defects or damages to your supervisor to ensure operational continuity.
• Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Ensure timely delivery of ready-to-ship customer orders, including detailed delivery arrangements. Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations, thereby enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
• Merchandising and Store Execution: Implement agreed-upon in-store merchandising standards as communicated by your supervisor. Coordinate with merchandisers to execute strategic store layouts and promotions, ensuring brand visibility and sales impact.
• Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends by identifying and reporting competitor activities within your assigned territory. Leverage this intelligence to develop proactive sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Financial Integrity: Conduct daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit sales to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Professional Presentation: Maintain a neat, professional appearance that reflects PepsiCo’s brand values and reinforces customer trust.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in mandatory training programs to enhance professionalism, customer service skills, and operational efficiency. Embrace a growth mindset to stay updated on industry best practices and PepsiCo’s evolving strategies.
